Contemporary designs. Unconventional materials.
Preston & Linnie explores the boundaries between art and jewelry, with modern designs that combine fine metalsmith work with a broad range of materials including bone, rubber, cement, wood, lucite and more. We take every measure to sustainably and ethically source our materials and ensure that our processes cause as little environmental impact as possible. Each limited edition wearable sculpture is handmade in Brooklyn, NY.
Statement Pieces for Spirited Women
As jewelry style icon Iris Apfel once said, “Jewelry is the most transformative thing you can wear.” We couldn’t agree more. We create wearable sculpture for women who appreciate the transformative power of statement jewelry.
Each limited edition piece is designed by jewelry artist Kim Devall and handmade in her Brooklyn, NY studio. Art meets jewelry as she combines the unexpected – whether it's juxtaposing seemingly incompatible materials, such as freshwater pearls and rubber, or augmenting fine metalsmith work with techniques she's developed along the way. The antithesis of mass-production, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Jewelry Artist, Founder
Kim Devall trained as a jewelry designer and metalsmith at the Fashion Institute Technology in NYC, but she truly developed as an artist when she discovered the world of 'alternative materials'. She aims to create wearable sculpture by exploring a broad range of materials and elevating each piece with fine metalwork.
